Inspiration: Men don't like to wait. Since they truly believe in the power of customer service, John and Jenni Kanski created a new modern male salon experience at Mitch's Men's Salon.

4. Matthew Morris

Inspiration: "Rustic and repurposed luxury" is the concept that Matthew Morris designed the salon around. "It is aesthetically beautiful, unique, and strategically designed to enhance our education program, employee satisfaction, and most importantly to enhance our guest experience," says Matthew Morris.
Bio: Matthew Morris, a Colorado native, began his career as a makeup artist. With high demand for his celebrated work, it was only natural for Morris to transition into hair. With a background in sculpture and design, he found his favorite medium in beauty. Morris helped Kerastase provide advanced education in salons and currently serves as Artistic Director of the Kerastase T.E.C.H team. The visionary's work has debuted on the pages of Vogue, Elle, InStyle, Allure, and beyond. He has also been a staple stylist for over 28 seasons backstage at New York Fashion Week for designers such as Tom Ford, Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors, Carolina Herrera, Derek Lam, Alexander Wang and Rodarte. He is the principal stylist leading his own team at Aspen Fashion Week, and has worked with Orlando Pita and his team at New York Fashion Week and is also the top talent behind Victoria's Secret annual runway show. America fell in love with Morris after he starred on the hit reality show Bravos Shear Genius during its third season, but he believes that his real achievements are the rare opportunities he has had working with top talent artists in the industry.
7. Raychel Harrison

Inspiration: Raychel Harrison feels most comfortable with clean lines and a minimalistic approach. "The hair itself has to stand out. In designing Salon Nuuvo, I wanted to capture simplicity and sophistication," says Harrison.
Bio: Raychel Harrison is a nationally recognized hair stylist, award-winning entrepreneur, board-certified colorist, and hair extension artist. She was educated at Vidal Sassoon and did her mentorship and training with industry icon Robert Cromeans (Global Artistic Director, John Paul Mitchell Systems). As the owner and lead stylist at Salon Nuuvo, Harrison's clients benefit from the expertise she gained under her subsequent time spent as a national platform artist for John Paul Mitchell Systems. She is also a specialist in Great Lengths cold-fusion hair extension artistry and has a celebrity client base.
