Women are embracing their natural texture more than ever," says Rubinstein-Harmon. "I also see opportunity for double digit growth for the brand, as well as the opportunity to give Macadamia its rightful place amongst prestige salon professional retail."
Rubinstein-Harmon brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the position. She has worked with topnotch brands such as Redken/Trevor Sorbie where she worked as a Sales Admin Manager, and Matrix of Greater Los Angeles where she was a Sales Consultant.
