First Impressions
Salon coordinators are much more than mere receptionists. Assets to the growth, environment and reputation of salons, front desk personnel represent the first and last opportunities for hard-working owners to create lasting success.
With a mission to educate and manage the potential of this vital position, Eufora has added the new Salon Coordinator Program business course to the 2012 YOU School Advanced Academy schedule. Designed to transform receptionists into savvy business professionals, the course focuses on turning appointment takers and coffee servers into catalysts for salon systems that are naturally designed to maximize salon operations.
Taught by Eufora's Global Team member, Joanne Magana-a 25-year salon veteran-the Salon Coordinator Program is open to owners, managers and front-desk personnel. "My goal is to transform receptionists into salon professionals that will be able to gain and retain clients with genuine relationship building," informs Magana. "Participants will learn superior people practices and many ways to deliver a 'wow' guest experience using a systematic approach."
Offered to dramatically enhance salon productivity and profitability through teamwork and finely honed leadership skills, the Salon Coordinator Program will be held at the Eufora headquarters in Vista, California, on April 1-3, 2012. For more information: http://www.eufora.net or call 800-638-3672.
