Katherine Heigl looked radiant at ELLE's 18th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute (October 17th) with hair by celebrity hairstylist David Babaii.

For this event at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles, David created romantically disheveled texture to accentuate her gown's beaded neckline.

To start, he applied a dime-sized amount of Couture Colour Pequi Oil (www.couturecolour.com) to her clean, damp hair, massaging this luxurious, alcohol-free treatment into her tresses.

After drying, David took the point of a rattail comb to define and position her texture. To create volume and height, he used his fingers to lift small sections as he brought her waves up and back.
