Hi, my name is Jennifer Alvarez and I am the founder of Refined Beauty. I started this company knowing I wanted to create something where creativity, inspiration, empowerment, and professionalism would live. I knew since I was in 7th grade that I wanted to help people look great and feel good. Little did I know where this journey would lead me. I have had the privilege of learning from the best in the industry, many that who are celebrity artists. Iâ€^TMve had the opportunity to educate others from a classroom, to on a platform in front of hundreds of people. I have trophies, awards, and certificates to fill a wall and have traveled to several places including Europe. I have a desire and motivation to be a student for life and always seek out ways to challenge myself to grow. I opened a salon in March of 2016, where I work during the week behind the chair. Needless to say, life is busy, however living a balanced life is most important to me. I have a wonderful husband to thank for to help me stay balanced. Together we have a passion for family, food, wine, the gym, and vacations. Vacations to Disney are our favorite place to travel to, which is where we got married on October 9th 2016. Planning a wedding is like a job and has given me a different perspective on weddings and special events. Being married is amazing, and I could not launch this company with out the support of Ryan (my husband), my family, and my circle of creative friends. Through out these experiences Iâ€^TMve discovered my strength and passion for Bridal Hair and Makeup. Along the way I found that I love educating other artists on building a their career and mastering their craft. Refined Beauty is not just another Salon or On-location Bridal Company, but an experience of beauty, love, and relationships.
