Robert Valentine pursued a professional career globally as a Hairstylist and has been styling and educating since 1974, from a Creative Director for several high profile salons in Australia and the USA to a salon owner, his techniques and styles have been featured in major press editorials and professional magazines. By the early 80's, Robert was working with photographers and magazines as a session hairstylist, having his work published in world wide glamour, fashion and hair publications.

As Robert's passion for photography developed and knowing what he wanted to see in the photographs. Robert began photographing his own work and studied from some of the industries excellent photographers. In 2008 he retired his shears for a career behind the lens, focusing on hair, beauty and fashion photography. And always ensuring images of the highest quality.

As a fashion, hair and beauty photographer, Robert has the pleasure and opportunity of working with some of the most talented individuals in the industry, from apprentices to highly accomplished hairstylist, salon owners, hair publications, models, fashion and hair events. Knowing what they want in their images, producing images for hairstyle magazines and national hairdressing competitions. Also traveling around the world, shooting in locations such as Sydney, London, New York, Miami, Seattle and Phoenix.
