Sandro Macri rose to the top in 2013 with his Heavenly Bodies collection, which garnered him two major beauty category wins: Canadian Hairdresser Mirror Awards in Fantasy and Salon Magazine Contessa Awards in Avant-garde.

Inspired by the energizing runways of Fashion Week, power team Sam Villa and Geneva Cowen translate these ultra-glam looks for the salon customer. The duo says that in an effort to spotlight the chic fashion silhouettes, runway beauty looks tend to debut hair that is swept up and off of the face and neck areas.
Inspired by this concept, Villa and Cowen took this concept to another level. In "Fascinated by Fashion," ponytails and buns were designed with urban chic accents such as blunt edges, angular lines and exaggerated silhouettes with fringe.
