Bio: International Artistic Director and Platform Artist Sue Pemberton travels globally doing photo shoots, hair shows and education for Joico. Originally from the UK, Pemberton has been a stylist for many years and has been featured in countless industry magazines.

Inspiration: Rare and Exotic Birds, more specifically the Lady Gouldian Finch with its beautiful display of complimentary colors.
Bio: A true hair color artist with a creative and detailed eye for design, DeAnnalyn Teal applies her vast knowledge of color chemistry to achieve beautiful, transforming results. This expertise, along with her down-to-earth approach, makes her an in-demand colorist and designer. Whether independently or as part of the Teal duo, she's a well-accomplished educator, platform artist and session stylist.

Inspiration: "My inspiration came from my love of pastel tones hitting the runway. I wanted to use pastel tones that were bold yet soft and feminine," says Jennifer Roskey.
Bio: Jennifer Roskey has a passion for hair color and loves to share that with the world whether it's through her photo shoots or through being and Aveda hair color educator. She believes that through hard work and passion, all dreams can and will come true.
10. Robert Banyaga

Inspiration: Sleek, graphic shapes accented with bold colors. "I used reds, golds, and violet/iris tones to set off the shapes of each haircut," reveals Robert Banyaga.
Bio: Robert Banyaga's hairdressing career spans more than 20 years. The artist, who was born and raised in Long Beach, Calif., says that the Southern California mentality continues to influence his work and teaching approach. Inspired by every aspect of haircoloring/technical education, fashion, music and art, Banyaga is currently the Technical Director for the TIGI Learning Lab in Dallas
13. Silas Tsang
Salon: Blushes, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Inspiration: The famed abstract expressionist, Mark Rothko, was Tsang's inspiration for this collection. The artist's "multi-form" paintings are simply bold and vivid, often creating sharp contrasts between colors, yet still able to invoke the feeling of asymmetry and movement.
Bio: In 1985, Silas Tsang began his profession in London. After working in London and Hong Kong, he opened Blushes in Ottawa, Canada in 1992. In 2007, Tsang further pursued his career by entering competitions and becoming more involved in the industry. His resume includes working for Ottawa Fashion Week, as well as "Project Runway Canada."
