Babak and team discover fresh inspirations in the backstreets of Hong Kong.
Traveling to Hong Kong in search of fresh inspirations, Babak and Blushes salon owners Silas and Dorothy Tsang, explored the beauty of Hong Kong and its surrounding villages to create their North American awards collections.
"The Tsangs and I get crazy when we work together," says Babak. "We usually shoot until one of us collapses. We were close to that point when we did the Boys of Kowloon. Shot at 3 a.m, it was the only collection we did in Hong Kong that was done solely to inspire our creativity. (Babak.ca) (Blushes.ca)

"Guardian" also spotlights Lucie King's eye for feminine, expensive looking hair color.
Together, the dynamic duo fuses a joint finesse in styling, making for an iconic collection. A lace effect made from hair, an exaggerated Marcel wave and a short, androgynous crop are all part of the journey to portray alluring, angelic but mysterious images with a modern day, high fashion edge.
