Stylish Duet
Chris McMillan from the Wella Professionals team can be credited for styling A-lister Busy Phillips for the star-studded Golden Globe Awards. Busy and her daughter were part of the beauty scene at the Wella Professionals Beauty Bar where star stylist Chris McMillan styled mother and daughter in matching braid updos.
"What I love about Wella stylers is that they are light and there's no product buildup, so the hair still has a natural look and won't get weighed down throughout the night," explains McMillan.
McMillan prepped Phillips' wet hair with Wella Professionals Natural Volume Styling Mousse and loosely dried it to create a textured finish. Then he spritzed Wella Professionals Stay Essential Finishing Spray on her hair while it was nearly dry to achieve a slightly piecy head of hair. Finally, McMillan pulled the hair into an imperfect, textured French twist. A headband was placed at the top of Williams' head to finish the look and usher in some elegance for the evening's affairs.
