1. Clean under your nails to ensure they're free of all dust and debris.
2. Move skin out of the way and paint a flat (non-shimmer) white nail polish undeeath the nail. This will make the red color pop! Allow lacquer to completely dry.
3. Repeat Step #2, using red nail polish.
4. Take a toothpick and twirl a small amount of cotton around the end. Dip in nail polish remover (damp, not dripping) and remove any excess polish that adhered to your fingertips.
5. Paint the top of the nail with any color available in Louboutin shoes. Hot On Beauty recommends shiny or matte black. Hint: To prevent the top and bottom colors from overlapping at the tips, avoid using pressure on the brush when applying the black lacquer.
6. Finish with a shiny or matt top coat, depending on the effect you want to achieve.
