  Short       CUT       COLOR Farouk Neo-Real Cut

1-4. Isolate a diagonal oval section in the fringe area. Take a side section from the temple area to the nape, diagonally tapering the section behind the ear. Coloring I. Take 2 diagonal slices underneath your previous section in the nape area. Apply your lightener to these slices and isolate with foil. II. Apply your lightener to the front oval section using foil. III. Apply your darkest color to both side sections using foil. IV. Use your backdrop color for the remaining of the hair.
5-7. Section the hair from ear to ear through apex. Divide the back section following the parietal ridge in a curve. Isolate front side sections on both sides. Take 1" wide curved section for the fringe. Isolate the remaining hair.
8-10. Left back section: start from the middle of the back section by taking a vertical section. comb the section straight out from its base and blunt cut to a square layer. Use this length as your stationary guide line. Continue to work in a same manner through out the left back section. Right back section: repeat the same thing on the other side.
11-13. Crown section: start from the middle of the crown section by taking a vertical section. Comb the section straight out from the base and point cut to round layer. Use this section as your stationary guide and over direct everything to this point following the round shape. Repeat the same thing on the other side.
14. Front side sections: blunt cut the side sections horizontally to desired length.
15. Outlines: combine these lengths to the back by slide cutting.
16-17. Fringe: cut the fringe using horizontal sections to desired length and texture.
18-19. Right front crown section: slide cut from shorter to longer starting at the ear point to desired length. Use this section as your a stationary guide line and over direct everything to this point.
Note: This length can be connected or disconnected. Left front crown section: repeat in the same manner on the other side.
