Step 1. Smooth hair up into a high, tight ponytail.
Step 2. Separate the ponytail into three sections.
Step 3. Using a teasing brush, back brush one of the sections.
Step 4. Lightly smooth the section with a soft bristle brush.
Step 5. Attach a small bobby pin to a hair net. Wrap the net around the smoothed ponytail section and secure.
Step 6. Create your design by forming the netted ponytail.
