1. Take rectangular section 1/3" wide from front to crown leaving out soft pieces around the face.

2. Divide top area into 4 even strands

3. Weave front strand over, under and back over 1st strand, placing the 1st strand back down beside the other 2 strands.

4. Weave 2nd strand over, under and back over 1st strand, placing the 1st strand back down beside the other 2 strands.

5. Weave 3rd strand over, under and back over 2nd strand, placing the 2nd strand back down to the other 2 strands.

6. Weave 4th strand over, under and back over 3rd strand, placing the 3rd strand back down to the other 2 strands.

7-10. Now we can create the same technique but with 6 strands.

11. Lay braid on head and pull gently open.

12. Grip braid to pony tail base. Divide pony tail into 4 sections.

13-14. Repeat braiding technique on the 4 sections.

15. Place hair elastic on end.

16. Twist braided pony tail around into a circle and hair grip at nape.

17. Tuck tails under.

18. Grip to hold.

19. Individualise front strands with Wella System Professional Hair Polish.
