ka-go-shee noun. Japanese [master weaver]
Inspired by the incredible creations of renowned hat designer Philip Treacy, hair designer and Aquage artist Chris Vandehey spent over a year designing, weaving and refining his fiber-art sculptures.
2. Using only Aquage Defining Gel, Vandehey wrapped, intertwined and sculpted wefts of hair to create these textural masterpieces.
3. To lock the fibers in place, Vendehey used Aquage Working Spray. More than a talented, passionate hairdresser, Vandehey's moral fiber drives him as an artist to create hair art that's exquisitely beautiful. Photography by Luis Alvarez for Aquage
