From a polished rolled coif to cool blonde ribbons, Aquage Artist and salon owner Shelly Devlin pushes the boundaries of texture with her newest collection, Fiber Arts.
"My style inspirations always come to me at the most unexpected moments," Devlin smiles.

3. "I reached for classic Aquage styling tools while creating my Fiber Arts designs," Devlin informs.
