Celebrity stylist David Babaii's mantra is healthy, shiny hair is a style must! According to Babaii, any woman can achieve long beautiful hair with a few simple tips.

• To create this sexy ultra-straight look, Babaii used a color conditioner by IT&LY called Riflessi in Honey Blonde. This added a subtle and temporary tone that also imparts a beautiful shine.


• After rinsing and towel drying, he applied IT&LY's Pure Water Drops Serum and Pure Texture Spray to the hair, distributing evenly for achieving sleek perfection.


• Next, he created a center part and used his IT&LY Blow Dryer and a large paddle brush to smooth hair super straight, taking small sections starting at the nape and working up toward the crown.


• To finish, Babaii applied an additional amount of IT&LY Pure Water Drops to the palms of his hands, coating the paddle brush bristles with the Pure Water Drops. Gently he ran the brush through the hair to tame any fly-a-ways and add additional glisten.
