Short and Chic for Atlanta Housewife NeNe Leakes
Star stylist Pat Sumpter Davis created the short, chic style worn by Atlanta Housewife NeNe Leakes. The reality TV show star recently made her debut on "Glee" as synchronized swim coach "Roz Washington."
To get started, Sumpter Davis first cleansed the star's hair with IT&LY HAIRFASHION's Advanced Color Protection Shampoo, which is ideal for color treated tresses.
After gently towel-drying the hair, the celebrity stylist molded the hair smooth and into the appropriate style direction by using IT&LY HAIRFASHION's Pure Water Drops. After that Leakes relaxed under a preheated dryer for 30 minutes.
To protect the star's hair from thermal styling, Sumpter Davis applied White Sands Liquid Texture Firm Thermal Styling Spray. The FHI Heat 4/10 Inch Platform Flat Iron was then used to separate and define her hair, using small sections.
Star Stylist Tip: Sumpter Davis starts at the back of the head and then works her way forward, so she doesn't miss any hair.
To complete the style, Sumpter Davis used a rake-like comb to create texture and finished by using and additional amount of IT&LY HAIRFASHION's Pure Water Drops to give a brilliant camera-ready shine. For a long lasting hold, she misted the star's hair with White Sands Infinity Hairspray.
