Pravana Announces Promotions of Bethany Kirschner and Karla Ramirez

Thanks to three previous years in the role of Director of Marketing, Kirschner is already known for her "active and pivotal role" in defining and enhancing an exceptional Pravana brand image and the development of one of the most innovative nature-based, technology-backed hair care product brands.

The six-year Pravana veteran "has been a tremendous asset in her many job functions," Goddard said. Citing her exemplary work in accounting, plus an active role in overseeing Pravana’s inventory control, Goddard stressed Ramirez’s importance to the company’s current positive inventory position.
As Director of Customer Service, Ramirez will oversee the coordination and communication between Pravana’s manufacturing and shipping departments and their distributor partners.
