1. For natural nails, apply a thin layer of OPI Base Coat.
2. Apply two coats of OPI "Hey Baby" nail lacquer. Allow lacquer to dry completely.
3. Using tweezers to control the nail tape, outline the nail design. Make sure the tape pieces are longer than needed for the actual design. Press the tape into the dry nail lacquer to ensure even adhesion.
4. Paint the black design using OPI "4 in the Moing" nail lacquer. Don't overload your brush with product to prevent the black lacquer from overlapping the tape. Apply a second coat, if needed.
5. Using tweezers, peel off the tape in the direction that it was applied while the black polish is still wet.
6. Finish with OPI Top Coat, either matte or shiny.
